The client wanted this animation to revolve around her toddler, who is now at an age where she’s beginning to understand Christmas. I developed the concept of a cartoon version of the client guiding her animated daughter around their home, decorating for Christmas using magic. The character design was inspired by the Almost There sequence from The Princess and the Frog, as my client is a huge Disney fan. The backgrounds were carefully illustrated to replicate the rooms in her home, adding a personal touch to the animation.
